The Apartment

St James' is situated in the attractive village of Praia da Luz, with shops, restaurants and the wide sandy beach within a few minutes walk. There are currently two large pools set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with large decked sunbathing areas, pool showers and wc's.

Both pools are large, but one is shallow and designed for children. There is a childrens play area with swing, climbing frame etc., adjacent to the pool area. Upon completion (late 2006), the apartment complex will include a further two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool and gymnasium, poolside bar and restaurant, with mini-market and other shops on the complex.

There is an on site shop selling a large range of products and the restaurant is planned for opening in April.

The children's play area is open and has a range of adventure equipment with soft flooring.

St James will be an area of continued development until the end of 2006, although major construction works of the remaining block of apartments will be completed externally by July 2006. Further work to remove the sales office and the construction of a further 2 pools and adjacent landscaping will continue to the end of the year.

The discounted rental charges for the 2006 season reflect this continued development.

This superb 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment was completed in 2005 and comprises of: Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a granite worktop, full cooker and hob, a built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are all provided, as well as day-to-day items such as a kettle and toaster. Living Area There is a large comfortable lounge with dining area, satellite TV (limited channels only), DVD player and a CD player. The huge balcony (50m2) is equipped for outdoor dining and sunbathing and can be accessed directly from the lounge via patio doors.
